Positive: I have stayed in many apartments, but it’s hard to beat this host. Eleni personally welcomed us with a drink and homemade cake, which is a rarity these days, and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Her warmth and genuine care continued throughout our stay—she was always available for any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned, and towels and bed linen were changed every four days. It is spacious, ideal for a family stay. The children were delighted with their own balcony that extends along the entire apartment. Although we didn’t cook, since there are several excellent restaurants nearby, the kitchen is well equipped compared to the usually modest kitchens in Greece. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, but we used the car, for which Eleni provided parking. This turned out to be very practical, since parking in Rethymno can be difficult. If we really had to point out any drawback of this perfectly located apartment, it would be the waste containers 15 meters away, but that’s something the host cannot influence. Eleni’s exceptional hospitality truly sets this place apart—it felt less like staying in a rental and more like visiting a dear friend. If you choose Rethymno, this apartment is among the very best options.

Positive: Great place! Wonderful time! I recommend! Very nice apartment, clean and cozy, comfortable and fully equipped. You have everything you need. Great location of the apartment, in a quiet area, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Close to city center and old town. Very nice host that meet you with homemade cake and delicious Dakos. She gave us recommendations for places to visit and places to eat which were very helpful.

Positive: The friendly owners (Eleni and Nikos) were give us everything we needed (local infos, program recommendations, flexibility about the apartment, if we had any questions they helped us within a short time), so we really felt ourself like their family members :) The apartment itself is full equipped (really don't need to carry anything with you), safe, comfortable and its got a perfect location (beach, supermarkets, bakery, tavernas, transports)...plus the apartment's price-value ratio is more than fantastic! We strongly recommend you to choose Lena apartment for your vacation if you want to have a great time in Rethymno! We were there with 3 childrens and they loved it too (played a lot when we were there, and the main thing: everybody could sleep well thanks to the comfortable rooms and beds)
Summary: Absolutely the BEST in town!!!!
